There isn't even soap for one thing (at least the men's restroom); a sanitary issue especially since children play in the nearby playground and sandbox and may need to use the facility.	Consider hiring a routine cleaner or set up a volunteer as part of a civil service program to maintain the restroom to adequate levels.
