This is a very trafficked area and with windy, tropical weather, interruptions will pose a hazard and inconvenience.	Replace the wired lines with sturdier poles like at other nearby intersections.

P Kevin Gray	11/01/2011	North Carolina	Orange	Manning and West Drive	Pavement Condition (pothole, cracks)	There is a block long ridge in the road on manning drive and perhaps the most high traffic bus stop in the entire Chapel Hill area. One does not interesect the bump at a 90% angle like a speedbump, but rather rides along the bump at an uneven angle risking damage to suspension and undercarriage of the car	Repave manning drive with asphault.
