| Comments: | Broken glass on Logan St ped underpass, this has been there for months and nobody cares enough to brush it off. This is an obvious hazard to bike tires. Green St bike path is in horrible shape overall. It has potholes and raveling pavement, which is a hazard. |
| Suggestions: | Bi-weekly maintenance on the Logan Street Underpass (one broom and one man-hr) and repave Green St. bike path (shoulder, etc) |

| Comments: | Very rough road in both directions just outside the Kraft Foods plant, perhaps due to years of heavy trucks moving between the plant and I-72 as well as local traffic. |
| Suggestions: | Repave the mile long or so stretch, using private and public dollars. |

| Comments: | Hanging, wired traffic signals at this wide intersection is inadequate and vulnerable to storms. This is a very trafficked area and with windy, tropical weather, interruptions will pose a hazard and inconvenience. |
| Suggestions: | Replace the wired lines with sturdier poles like at other nearby intersections. |

| Comments: | There is a down traffic light. The actual post fell on the side of the road. |
| Suggestions: | Replace entire light. |

| Comments: | There is a block long ridge in the road on manning drive and perhaps the most high traffic bus stop in the entire Chapel Hill area. One does not interesect the bump at a 90% angle like a speedbump, but rather rides along the bump at an uneven angle risking damage to suspension and undercarriage of the car |
| Suggestions: | Repave manning drive with asphault. |
