Nearby construction crews and yard work make the terminal aesthetically displeasing.	Renovate the station to modern standards. Lay an asphalt/concrete parking lot for better accommodation for park and ride passengers. Retrofit tunnel and platform to fix cracks and material damage. Doing so may aid in ridership and efficiency of station.

This goes for other regularly used routes (i.e., Blue, Red).
