| Comments: | The company, Air Liquide, announced that they will supply hydrogen fuel to BJCTA for a hydrogen fuel cell demonstration in Birmingham. One hydrogen-powered bus will be in regular service operation among the fleet. |
| Suggestions: | Excellent example of innovation, especially using public transportation to demonstrate clean technology. |

| Comments: | Plans for replacement of Tappan Zee bridge has excluded a NYC commuter rail link or lanes for public buses. |
| Suggestions: | Consider a multi-modal conduit in this very congested I-87/287 corridor. Environmental, energy, and time costs savings should be included in the cost-benefit analysis. |

| Comments: | The token machine for the parking lot is archaic and outmoded. Without a permit, one has to pay in exact bills the $5-a-day tokens instead of by the hour. |
| Suggestions: | Modernize the pay system for the parking lot to make it easier for commuters to pay with credit/debit cards. Also, allow for hourly rates instead of daily charges. |

| Comments: | Intercom system aboard the trains to announce stations and any trackwork or delays is very inaudible. |
| Suggestions: | Please have the PA system fixed or upgraded to quality audio levels. Perhaps model the intercom system after the airlines. |

| Comments: | Station facility is in subpar condition. Parking lot is unpaved with gravel laid surface. Parts of the platform is crumbling away. Station shelter is small and very antiquated and aging. Nearby construction crews and yard work make the terminal aesthetically displeasing. |
| Suggestions: | Renovate the station to modern standards. Lay an asphalt/concrete parking lot for better accommodation for park and ride passengers. Retrofit tunnel and platform to fix cracks and material damage. Doing so may aid in ridership and efficiency of station. |

| Comments: | Frequency of buses in the later evening hours declines considerably. Service essentially stops at around 6:30-7p which inconveniences off-campus student residents who need to stay a little later on campus for various reasons. |
| Suggestions: | Have at least a night service with buses running once every hour after 6 or 7 until about 10pm to accommodate students' on-campus engagements and studying. This goes for other regularly used routes (i.e., Blue, Red). |
